The structural design of your development is probably the most critical aspect of the development due to the Health and Safety implications of an unstable Building.

We are experienced Structural Engineers with many years of practice in the private and public sector.

We act in the following capacities

Checking of third party calculations
Preparing calculations and drawings for clients/architects and builders to suit Approved Documents Part A
Carrying out structural engineering inspections (Foundations/Steel/timber etc)
Party Wall review of proposals
Writing structural appraisals for insurance claims or subsidence investigations

With Plan and Build you do not have to employ a project architect/designer and engineer separately which could lead to communication gaps and blame shifting. We have it wrapped up in a package.
